Steam Friends List - 2017 Rearrangement

I reorganized my Friends List to feature some new categories in 2017. Read the rest of this post to find out what they are and why!

Last year I used a way to organize players based on their category. I removed several and replaced them with other categories. For 2017, I've taken the energy to remove people who haven't been online on my friends list for over 60 days (probably not going to reappear again) and rearranged my categories around.

NOTE: I only removed about 20 people from my friends list during this reorganization due to people not being online for so long.

Here is the list of categories used in 2017!

CS:GO Competitive
Returning for the third year in a row, people who are in this category are people who were found when matchmaking solo or other Slayer's people who were matchmaking as well.

CS:GO House of Climb
For anyone who I've friended in any climb server. (not just House of Climb anymore.)

CS:GO TTT
This category was reorganized since last year. People who exclusively friend me only on TTT (actively) gets put in this category now. (example: nifty) Those who did not match this criteria got moved to other categories.

CSN:Z Players
For those who I used to play Counter-Strike: Nexon Zombies who remained on my friends list. I do not play this game actively as much as before ever since it turned into a Pay 2 Win scheme with certain "blueprints".

GMod Tower
For people who I friended on Tower Unite servers and people from GMod Tower's era (before Tower Unite was released)

Rise Star Survivors
For those who added me after Rise Star Gaming (a Second Life community that lasted 2 years) closed its doors and remained on my friends list to support me.

Seasonal's Squad
A group of four friends I know who play around (not Slayer's related) and hang around together. These are not Slayer's members.

Slayer's Jailbreak
This category was also reorganized to feature people who exclusively friend me only for Jailbreak. Those who did not match this category's criteria got moved to other categories instead to keep it clean.

Slayer's Private+
This category goes to Slayer's members who have added me but aren't involved in any of the "Stars" categories. They have a rank of Private or higher in admin rank in Slayer's Gaming.

Slayer's Root Admins
This category only goes to people who are actively a current root admin in Slayer's Gaming. Roots are defined as either a blue name or a red name in Slayer's Gaming Forums.

Slayer's Server Leads
This category only goes to people who are a server lead in Slayer's Gaming. These people are defined with a yellow sparkling name in their name on the Slayer's Gaming Forums.

Slayer's Trade Lounge
This category only goes to people who added me exclusively for the Trade Lounge in Slayer's Gaming. This works the same way as the TTT and Jailbreak categories.

Slayer's Veterans
This category only goes to people who are listed as a Veteran in Slayer's Gaming and are not associated with any of the "Stars" ranks (listed below). They have an orange name on the Slayer's Gaming Forums.

Warlord's Server
This category is used for anyone who added me during my reign in CS:S Minigames. Due to the game's death, some people have moved to CS:GO like I have. CS:S is a good game, but alas, no game will last forever, especially an online game.

Friends
This category is the default Steam category, and is where I put anyone who is not listed on any of these categories. This is a default Steam option.

NEW THIS YEAR

This year if you noticed I have 4 new categories in:
- Legendary Friends
- Platinum Stars
- Gold Stars
- Silver Stars

If your name is listed in one of these four categories, you will not be removed regardless of what happens in Slayer's Gaming (if I leave or not in the future)

Legendary Friends are people who truly stood up for me from thick and thin.  These people truly cared about me and my morals for caring about Slayer's Gaming. These people have really supported me in anything I have done, regardless of how retarded or dumb the action was.

Platinum Stars are people who majorly stand up for me and my morals, but just do not cut the rope on Legendary status. They truly care about how the community should be acted upon, and generally take the cake in making the community a better place for all.

Gold Stars are people who on an average have supported me. During my previous Captain reign, they have helped me get through a tough amount of times, but aren't exactly the boldest of the bunch when it comes to supporting me in this community.

Silver Stars are people who have supported me in the past, but recently do not support me due to various conflicts of interest in the past. These people still, have done something though in the time I've been in Slayer's Gaming to get me to notice, and allows me to separate them from other general Slayer's Gaming categories.
