Borderlands 3: Whack A Psycho

I've been busy today, this post will be put here as a placeholder. All the information and the Twitter link will be posted tomorrow.

Alright, who is ready for some serious smacking?

Today's Borderlands 3 Post is about:

  • Whack-A-Psycho! which is one of the Moxxi Minigames.

What is a Moxxi Minigame?

  • A Moxxi Minigame is simply a side mission or game that requires you to do abnormal activities for you to earn loot. A good example from Borderlands 2 was the Slot Machines found in various areas in Borderlands 2.
Whack-A-Psycho: Gameplay
  • Smack Psychos in the face to get tickets rewarded at the end. Smack Psychos with [MELEE BUTTON/KEY] quickly, and do not hit Crimson Raider heads instead!
  • Score 1 point for every Psycho Head.
  • Score 3 extra points for having a combo (more then 3 without missing)
  • Subtract 1 point for every Crimson Raider head.
  • Gameplay ends after 45 seconds.
  • There is a Badass Rank Challenge for "Smacking Psycho Faces" that requires you to get points in Whack-A-Psycho.
Whack-A-Psycho: Cost

  • The cost for this and all Moxxi Minigames are scaled by your level. They all cost Cash or Eridium Bars (depending on the game).
  • Cost is not scaled based on difficulty, but higher difficulties award more cash so you can play the minigames more frequently.

Whack-A-Psycho: Locations

  • Moxxi's Paradise - Pandora
  • Watertown Gaming Plaza
  • Golden Loot Palace - Main Place
  • Bahroo Point
  • Your Capital Ship (With a Level 6 Barracks)

Rewards

  • One ticket is dropped every 2 points you score at the end of the game.
  • Sometimes drops Eridium Bars (with Cash Buyin)
  • Sometimes drops loot items (with Eridium Buyin)
Conclusion

Yeah these posts aren't as long as the previous posts because there is not that much to post about this, but sometimes I need to find better ideas.

Two more posts this month. The July List will be revealed in a separate post after the Currency Post tomorrow.
